Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be described in detail below in combination with technical solutions and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0025] like figure 1 As shown, the thermal bridge-free rice straw raw soil thermal insulation block of the present invention includes a thermal insulation block, a raw soil layer 3 and a middle rib 4, and the thermal insulation block is arranged in the raw soil layer 3 at intervals of three layers, and the middle thermal insulation block 2 The thickness is twice the thickness of the insulation blocks 1 on both sides, the middle rib 4 is formed between the adjacent insulation blocks in the same layer, the middle ribs 4 of adjacent layers are staggered from each other, and the insulation blocks 1 on both sides extend to the outer edges of the two ends of the block , the height of the insulation block is the same as that of the block, the thickness of the insulation layer 1 on both sides is 30~40mm; the thickness of the middle ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a thermal-bridge-free thermal insulation building block made of straw and raw soil. The building block comprises intermediate thermal insulation blocks, lateral thermal insulation blocks, raw soil layers and midribs. Thicknesses of the intermediate thermal insulation blocks are twice of those of lateral thermal insulation blocks. The midribs are formed between the adjacent thermal insulation blocks on a same layer, and the midribs on adjacent layers are staggered mutually. The lateral thermal insulation blocks stretch to the outer edges at two ends of the building block. The heights of the thermal insulation blocks are identical to the height of the building block. The thermal-bridge-free thermal insulation building block made of straw and raw soil and a producing method thereof have the advantages that a great many agricultural wastes can be consumed to produce energy-saving building wall materials, so that not only environmental pollution can be reduced, lots of fertile farmland clay is saved, wastes are turned into wealth, and lots of bunker coal can be saved. The energy-saving capacity of buildings is improved greatly, the thermal insulation effect is enhanced, and the building block is durable, safe, fire proof and effective in sound insulation. The construction is convenient, the speed is fast, the building efficiency is high, materials are saved, the building block weight is light, and the cost is low.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a thermal insulation raw soil block, in particular to a thermal bridge-free straw raw soil thermal insulation block and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Raw soil buildings are mainly buildings that use unroasted but simply processed undisturbed soil as the material to build the main structure. Earth construction began with artificially digging holes and has a long history. From the remaining beacon towers, tombs, and ruins of the ancient city, we can see how the ancients used raw soil to build buildings. Earth architecture is widely distributed, almost all over the world. In 1981, the Pompidou Art and Cultural Center in Paris, France held an exhibition of earthen architecture from all over the world. Now about 1 / 3 of the world's population lives in adobe buildings. [0003] Adobe architecture is one of the most representative features of human beings entering civilization from primitive times. It ...
