The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an unsaturated polyester resin reinforced glass bead plate. The method comprises the following steps of: 1, pouring an unsaturated polyester resin and a low shrinkage additive into a glue blending tank, stirring uniformly, adding a polymerization inhibitor, a release agent, a curing agent and a viscosity reducer, stirring uniformly, adding hollow glass microspheres and aluminum hydroxide, stirring uniformly, adding a thickening agent, and stirring uniformly to obtain unsaturated polyester resin paste; 2, coating the unsaturated polyester resin paste on the surfaces of a glass fiber mat or a glass fiber three-dimensional fabric, and coating by using polyester (PET) carrier films to obtain a prepreg; 3, drying the prepreg obtained in the step 2 in a drying room at the temperature of between 30 and 50DEG C for 12 to 24 hours; 4, removing the PET carrier films after the prepreg is dried, and cutting the prepreg; and 5, pressing a piece of prepreg in a hot-pressing mold, or overlapping a plurality of pieces of prepregs, and pressing the overlapped prepregs in the hot-pressing mold to obtain the unsaturated polyester resin reinforced glass bead plate.
