Abstract

The feed comprises the following raw materials: extruded corn, whey powder, extruded soybean meal, alfalfa meal, wheat bran, rapeseed dregs, secondary calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, 0.7 percent of salt, Lys-HCL, DL-Met, cetylic acid, beer yeast powder, choline chloride and a premix. The result of tests on growth of newborn yak testifies that the supplementary weaning feed remarkably improves the growth performance of weaned 3-month newborn yak, achieves early weaning of the 3-month newborn yak, and promotes quick and healthy growth, as well as later continuous weight increment, of the weaned 3-month newborn yak.
