Problems solved by technology

[0004] The main reason why PAHs and other factors are ignored is that the traditional liquid-liquid extraction and solid-phase extraction are widely used for the enrichment and extraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in water samples, which have the disadvantages of large sample consumption, large extraction agent consumption, and long extraction time. , which makes the runoff sampling interval longer, which brings great inconvenience to the analysis of PAHs

[0029] 1) Device preparation process

[0030] Sealed sample vial: 15mL sample vial with a polytetrafluoroethylene cap. Use a soldering iron to open a hole in the middle of the cap, which is the size of a 1ml syringe needle. Use a bracket to fix the micro-sampling needle and adjust it to a position that is conducive to extraction.

[0032] 1. Cut the hollow fiber into small pieces of 3cm, put it in acetone and sonicate for 3 minutes to remove impurities, and take it out to dry naturally.

[0033] 2. Put the hollow fiber treated in step 1 into toluene and sonicate for 3 minutes, so that the wall holes are filled with toluene.

[0034] 3. Take 15ml of the water sample to be tested, add 10ul of 15ug / ml polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon mixed standard substance, mix by ultrasonication for 5min, add 1ml of 450g / L NaCl solution, and add a stirring bar.

Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid-phase micro-extraction method for measuring content of a polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in surface runoff. The method comprises the following steps of: extracting the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon in surface runoff based on liquid-phase micro-extraction of a hollow fiber, extracting at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C for 10-15 minutes through sealed extraction, injecting the surface runoff into a sample bottle with a liner tube after extraction is finished, and measuring the content by using gas chromatography and mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The method has the advantages of low environmental pollution load, short extraction time, good effect, simple operation, low cost, easy GC-MS and the like.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to an extraction technology of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in surface runoff, which belongs to the category of environmental analysis chemistry. 2. Background technology [0002] With the strengthening of point source water pollution control and achieving expected results, the problem of non-point source pollution in my country will become more and more prominent, and will become the main source of water pollution in my country. Among them, urban surface runoff pollution is the second largest pollution source after agricultural non-point source pollution, and will also become the main pollution source of urban surface water pollution. Therefore, research on urban surface runoff pollution is urgently needed. In the past literature in our country, when studying urban surface runoff pollution, we often only pay attention to conventional indicators such as SS, COD, TN and TP, and pay less attention to other pollutants. Howeve...
