The light source device comprises an exciting light source, a wavelength conversion unit, a filtering unit, a mechanical drive unit and a driving unit, wherein the exciting light source is used for generating an exciting light; the wavelength conversion unit comprises at least a first wavelength conversion area; the filtering unit comprises at least a first filtering area which is arranged corresponding to the first wavelength conversion area; the mechanical drive unit connects the wavelength conversion unit with the filtering unit; and the driving unit is used for driving one of the wavelength conversion unit, the filtering unit and the mechanical drive unit so as to enable the first wavelength conversion area and the first filtering area to move synchronously.
