The rapid analysis tool is configured to analyze features of one or more data specially made by data selected in a spreadsheet document. The rapid analysis tool provides a rapid analysis tool enter button, and a context user interface is displayed when the enter button is selected. The context user interface is convenient for users to easily visit one or more data analytical characteristics. The rapid analysis tool also provides a mechanism, and through the mechanism, users can preview and/or apply one or more data analytical characteristics and a possible steep learning curve of new users of the spreadsheet or other users who are not so superior and conventional high entry barriers are prevented. Middle-class users of the spreadsheet or other more advantaged users would benefit from the rapid analysis tool, since efficiency of applying the data analytical characteristics to spreadsheet documents is improved.
