The invention belongs to the field of food or healthcare products and aims at providing a brand new tall gastrodia tuber culture method, tall gastrodia tuber liquor and a tall gastrodia tuber culture method by using small-caliber containers. The tall gastrodia tuber culture method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing culture medium; and 2) culturing tall gastrodia tubers. The key points are focused on the selection of tall gastrodia tuber culture medium and the control of culture conditions. The culture medium comprises potato culture medium, tree sawdust and halimasch. The preparation method of the culture medium comprises the following steps of: adding the tree sawdust into culture containers and adding the potato culture medium to submerge the tree sawdust; conducting disinfection; and inoculating and culturing the halimasch. By adopting the tall gastrodia tuber culture method, the period from the seeding to the harvesting of the tall gastrodia tubers is approximate 4-6 months; and the tall gastrodia tuber culture method has the advantages that the culture period is short, the survival rate is high, the diameter of the tall gastrodia tubers can reach 6-8cm and the like. The minimum diameter of the tall gastrodia tubers in the containers which contain the tall gastrodia tuber liquor is larger than the diameter of the mouths of the containers, the tall gastrodia tubers in the containers are intact and cannot be integrally taken out from the mouths of the containers, the containers are novel and interesting and can attract the curiosity of the public and a new product is provided for the public.
