Abstract
The invention relates to a method for detecting enramycin residue in a meat product, belonging to the technical field of food detection. The invention aims at providing a low-detection limit method for detecting enramycin residue in the meat product. The method for detecting enramycin residue in a meat product comprises the following steps: a. respectively adding an extracting solution of a meat product to be detected and an enramycin standard solution with series concentration into micropores of a pre-coated enramycin antigen; b. adding an enramycin antibody into each micropore, uniformly mixing and incubating; c. adding horse radish peroxidase HRP-goat anti-rabbit (IgG) into each micropore, uniformly mixing and incubating; d. respectively adding a substrate solution into each micropore, and developing; e. respectively adding a stopping solution into each micropore to stop the reaction, and reading an OD450 value of each pore by using a microplate reader; and f. contrasting a curve regression equation obtained by the enramycin standard solution, and calculating the enramycin content in the meat product to be detected.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting residual enramycin in meat products, and belongs to the technical field of food detection. Background technique [0002] Enramycin, also known as Enramycin, Enramycin, Anlemycin, and Duramycin, is a polypeptide antibiotic produced by the fermentation of the actinomyces Streptomyces fungicidious NO.B5477 isolated from the soil. The drug was developed by Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Japan in 1966, officially registered in Japan in 1974, and has since been registered and widely used in many countries. The drug is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus citrus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Pneumococcus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus anthracis, Clostridium tetani, Clostridium botulinum, Clostridium perfringens and other Gram Bacteria-positive bacteria have strong bactericidal activity, which can change the balance of intestinal flora by inhibiting the growth and repr...
