Abstract

The rectangular heading machine comprises a front-section shell, a rear-section shell, the circular cutter disc mounted at the front end of the heading machine, a circular cutter disc actuator mounted in the front-section shell and connected with the circular cutter disc, the eccentric multiaxial cutter discs mounted in rear of the circular cutter disc and positioned around a whole cutting section, an eccentric multiaxial cutter disc actuator mounted in the front-section shell and connected with each eccentric multiaxial cutter disc, two spiral conveyors respectively mounted in the front-section shell, and a plurality of deviation correcting devices, and two ends of each deviation correcting device are connected with the front-section shell and the rear-section shell respectively to enable the front-section shell and the rear-section shell to be in mutual connection. The circular cutter disc excavates an excavating center portion and supports a soil body of an excavating face simultaneously, and full-section cutting can be completed by utilizing the four eccentric multiaxial cutter discs and according to section shapes (such as rectangle, square, horseshoe and oval) needed by underground passages of tunnels.
