The method includes refining nodes of the satellite into ports and carrying out handover for virtual nodes according states of the ports; and dividing the nodes and the ports into a new portion and an old portion in a handover procedure, connecting a new topology with an old topology by updated-state nodes in the handover procedure, and translating the updated-state nodes via addresses of new / old topological data according to fixed mathematical rules so as to form a topological barrier. Accordingly, virtual topological handover cannot be noticed by the new and old nodes at two ends of the satellite in a routing procedure. Calculation generated when the virtual nodes are updated includes translation for the addresses of the data in a virtual topological network and update for an access data table, namely a sending address list consisting of peripheral nodes of the access virtual topological network.
