The preparation method comprises the following steps of: carefully selecting substances with impurities removed; grinding into fine powder, screening at 80-100 meshes; hermetically soaking for 72 hours by adopting 45-degree edible white spirit which is 1.5 times of the main raw materials and using a porcelain jar; and extracting juice for usage; uniformly blending into a paste by adopting medical vaseline which is 1.5 times of the main raw materials so as to prepare the nose through paste.
