Abstract

A cooling method of a rolling system is disclosed. Upper and lower supporting rollers are cooled through a cooling pipe and a cooling water tank by adjusting intensity or flow of a cooling medium and water, and the supporting rollers conduct to cool a working roller so as to realize the purpose of cooling the rolling system efficiently. The invention also provides a rolling cooling system which comprises the supporting rollers, the working roller, a first cooling component which comprises the cooling pipe used for cooling the circulating medium and rotationally contacted with the supporting roller at the upper side and a circulating device communicated with the cooling pipe, and a second cooling component which comprises a cooling water tank and a circulating pipe system, wherein the circulating pipe system is communicated with the cooling water tank; the cooling medium is arranged in the cooling water tank; and the supporting roller located at the lower side is soaked in the cooling medium. The supporting rollers are cooled through the first cooling component and the second cooling component; and the supporting rollers at a low temperature are in contact with the working roller to realize the purpose of cooling the working roller efficiently.
