Abstract

The invention discloses a pixel unit and an array substrate. The pixel unit comprises a scanning line, a data line, a welding disk, an insulating layer and a plurality of strip-shaped electrodes, wherein the scanning line extends in the first extension direction, the data line extends in the second extension direction, and the first extension direction intersects with the second extension direction. The welding disk is formed in the intersected position of the scanning line and the data line and electrically connected with the scanning line and the data line. The insulating layer covers the scanning line and the data line and is provided with via holes. The strip-shaped electrodes are mutually parallel and arranged at intervals, the strip-shaped electrodes are arranged on the insulating layer and extend in the third extension direction, a predetermined angle is formed between the third extension direction and the first extension direction, and the strip-shaped electrodes are electrically connected with the welding disk through the via holes. The welding disk and the strip-shaped electrodes are made of transparent conductive material, the welding disk is in the shape of a polygon, and at least one side of the welding disk is parallel to the third extension direction.
