The veneering method disclosed by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, high in surface bonding strength, and economical in energy source. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, auxiliary facilities such as coating equipment and glue preparation equipment are not needed; a special adhesive is not used; and special surface treatment is also not needed, so that the cost is reduced. The wood-plastic composite material adopts non-polar thermoplastic plastic as a substrate, and does not generate incompatibility with polar lignocellulosic materials; and the wood-plastic composite material and the polar lignocellulosic materials cannot be firmly bound together by common adhesive easily.
