Abstract

The invention discloses an adjustable orthopedic instrument for scar contracture of a neck. The adjustable orthopedic instrument comprises a front piece and a rear piece which are matched with each other, wherein the front piece comprises an upper supporting piece, a lower supporting piece and a soft connecting piece, wherein the upper supporting piece is used for being supported against the head; the lower supporting piece is used for being supported against the shoulder; the soft connecting piece is used for connecting the upper supporting piece and the lower supporting piece; elastic mechanisms for applying supporting force are uniformly distributed between the upper supporting piece and the lower supporting piece. The front piece is arranged to be three parts, i.e., the upper supporting piece supported against the head, the lower supporting piece supported against the shoulder and the soft connecting piece for connecting the upper supporting piece and the lower supporting piece. After the orthopedic instrument is worn on the neck of a patient, by using the soft characteristic of the soft connecting piece and elasticity applied by the elastic mechanisms, on one hand, the upper supporting piece and the lower supporting piece can be attached to the head and the shoulder respectively, and on the other hand, the supporting force can be provided to prevent worsening of the scar contracture or cervical deformity; the patient can also utilize the orthopedic instrument to do proper neck exercise and functional training.
