Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-efficiency environmentally-friendly soaping agent of a reactive dye. The high-efficiency environmentally-friendly soaping agent is prepared from a terpolymer, ammonium biphosphate, triethanolamine, 2,3-bidodecylate butanedioic acid sodium, an organosilicon antifoaming agent and water. The terpolymer is prepared from maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, acrylamide, ammonium persulfate and distilled water. The high-efficiency environmentally-friendly soaping agent solves the problem that a material dyed by a reactive dye undergoes a dye-fiber covalent bond breaking reaction under alkaline high-temperature soap-boiling conditions, accelerates migration of the hydrolytic dye from the dyed material to a bath, improves cleaning effectiveness, realizes the optimal fastness, and corrects soap bath hardness. The high-efficiency environmentally-friendly soaping agent can clean the dyed material in low-hardness water, avoid redyeing of the hydrolytic dye, save time and water, reduce a cost, and improve efficiency. A jet dyeing machine does not produce more foam.
