The method comprises the steps: (1) collecting the seed skins shedding after germinating mung bean sprouts, cleaning, drying, baking at an intermediate temperature of 40-50 DEG C for 20-24 h, grinding to powder, sieving through a 100 mesh sieve, followed by stir-frying at a high temperature of 180-200 DEG C for 2-3 min, standing to the room temperature, and thereby obtaining a mung bean skin powder; and (2) adding honey into the mung bean skin powder, blending uniformly, rubbing into pills, to obtain the health-care pills, wherein the mass ratio of the mung bean skin powder to the honey is 1:0.3.
