The method includes the steps: firstly, calculating the trend component of the total harmonic distortion rate of the harmonic current by a secondary sliding average method; secondly, solving the volatility component in the total harmonic distortion rate of the current by the aid of historical data and values of the trend component, performing weighted averaging on the solved volatility component and removing the effect of the random component to obtain a volatility index; thirdly, respectively solving relevancy between the trend component of each feeder line and the trend component of a bus and relevancy between the volatility index of each feeder line and the volatility index of the bus by a relevancy analysis method; finally, solving the suspicion degree of a total harmonic source of each feeder line according to harmonic current data.
