Abstract

The invention discloses a flow control method for a pressure control pump, and belongs to the field of mechanical control. The pressure control pump 1 is sequentially connected with a proportional valve 2, a controller 3 and a pilot handle 4; a pilot pressure sensor is arranged on the pilot handle 4, and a flow feedback sensor is arranged on the pressure control pump 1; the pilot pressure sensor and the flow feedback sensor are respectively connected with the controller. The flow control method comprises the steps as follows: the controller 3 formulates the pilot pressure-demand flow curve according to acquired signals of the pilot pressure sensor and the flow feedback sensor, and performs flow monitoring PID (Proportion Integration Differentiation). According to the technical scheme of the invention, the flow follow-up compensation control manner is adopted to affect the pressure output instruction, so that control pressure of the pressure control pump can be achieved and good micro-action demand flow can be achieved at the same time.
