Abstract

A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator may include a cabinet having a first storage region with a plurality of shelves therein; a first door, which has a second storage region and an opening providing an access to the second storage region and is rotatably coupled to the cabinet so as to open or close the first storage region; a second door, rotatably coupled to the first door so as to enable rotation of the second door to open the opening; a fist connecting member for connecting the case to the first door; a second connection member for connecting the first door to the second door; an auxiliary shelf, which is connected to one side of the opening and rotates along the direction that crosses the rotation direction of the second door when the second door is opened or closed; a guide roller provided at one side of the edge of the auxiliary shelf; and a shelf guide, which is provided on a rear surface of the second door to guide the opening / closing operation of the auxiliary shelf and maintains contact with the guide roller in the preset portion.
