The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-disease medicine against potato bacterial wilt, which comprises the following steps: (A) material preparation: preparing streptomycin sulfate, 25% cuaminosulfate aqueous solution, 2% formalin, glycyrrhizic acid, chlorogenic acid, polyoxin, radix ampelopsis and dried orange peel; (B) alcohol digestion of the extraction liquid of radix ampelopsis and dried orange peel: crushing the radix ampelopsis and dried orange peel, washing and airing; putting into a closed container, adding 70% ethanol solution by mass, and soaking for 12 hours; putting into a percolator, wherein the percolator is of a bucket structure with a cone at the bottom, the cone is downward connected with equipment which can be opened/closed to drop water, and the percolator is used for extracting the components of the medicinal materials; uniformly putting the medicinal materials into the bucket, and adding the soaking liquid water or wine slowly and dropwise; collecting the percolation liquid; and heating to recover ethanol to obtain the extraction liquid; and (C) compounding the streptomycin sulfate, 25% cuaminosulfate aqueous solution, 2% formalin, glycyrrhizic acid, chlorogenic acid and polyoxin with the extraction liquid obtained by the step (B), stirring uniformly and performing ultraviolet sterilization to obtain the anti-disease medicine against potato bacterial wilt.
