The method comprises the following steps: firstly, connecting the second end of the rear pull plate and the mast; secondly, rising the arm to the main arm so as to form a preset angle with the horizontal level, and disconnecting the rear pull plate and the mast; and thirdly, rising the arm continuously according to the operation working condition of the crane.
