Abstract

The adaptive energy-saving control method for the drying characteristics of the materials comprises the following steps of feeding dry gas in an air inlet of a drying box; setting time periods; measuring the temperature and the humidity of the dry gas and the temperature and the humidity of discharged gas in the different time periods; and calculating the difference between the moisture content of the discharged gas and the moisture content of the dry gas. The temperature of the dry gas in the time periods is changed according to the following conditions that the constant humidity is not changed, if the temperature of the dry gas in a previous time period is increased relative to the temperature of the dry gas in a time period before the previous time period, the difference of the moisture content of the dry gas in a current time period is increased or reduced relative to the difference of the moisture content of the dry gas in the previous time period, and the temperature of the dry gas in a next time period continues being increased or reduced; and if the temperature of the dry gas in the previous time period is reduced relative to the temperature of the dry gas in the time period before the previous time period, the difference of the moisture content of the dry gas in the current time period is increased or reduced relative to the difference of the moisture content of the dry gas in the precious time period, and the temperature of the dry gas in the next time period continues being reduced or increased.
