Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic system, a pointing device thereof and a method for tracking an image thereof. The pointing device comprises an image sensor and a processor, wherein the image sensor generates a first image and a second image sequentially. The first image comprises two images relevant to a sensing target, and the second image comprises an image relevant to the sensing target. The processor determines the image position representing the sensing object from the first image and determines image displacement from the first image and the second image. Therefore, by means of the pointing device, hop of a cursor can be avoided.
