Abstract

The invention discloses an electronic system, its pointing device and a method for tracking images. The pointing device includes an image sensor and a processor. The image sensor generates a first image and a second image sequentially, wherein the first image includes two images related to a sensing object, and the second image includes an image related to the sensing object. The processor determines an image position representing the sensing target from the first image, and determines an image displacement from the first image and the second image. The present invention can avoid the situation that the cursor jumps.
