Abstract

The invention provides application of ulmus macrocarpa seed oil to prepare anti-fatigue blend oil. Through experiments, the optimum CO2 supercritical extraction conditions for ulmus macrocarpa seed oil are determined as the pressure of 30 MPa, the temperature of 40 DEG C and the extraction time of 90 min. Ulmus macrocarpa seed oil is taken as a main material, one or more of other oil materials are taken as auxiliary materials, and the blend oil is prepared according to a certain ratio. In the experiments, xanthoceras sorbifolia oil and corn oil are determined as the raw materials, and the preferable ratio of xanthoceras sorbifolia oil to corn oil is 1:1-1:10. Through animal experiments for verifying health-care capability of ulmus macrocarpa seed oil, the ulmus macrocarpa seed oil disclosed by the invention is transparent in color and lustre and rich in fragrance, and has effects of resisting fatigue and resisting oxidation.
