Abstract

The invention provides a method for delaying the crack growth of a rotor through an electromagnetic actuator. The method includes the steps that in the running process of the non-linear cracked rotor, a position detection device of a control system collects vibration portion signals of the non-linear cracked rotor in real time and transmits the vibration portion signals to a signal amplifier for amplification processing, analog signals subjected to amplification processing are converted to digital signals, and then the digital signals are transmitted to a computer in the control system; the computer calculates control parameters of the electromagnetic actuator according to the vibration portion signals of the rotor; the control system converts digital signals of the control parameters into analog signals and transmits the analog signals to a current source control amplifier, and generated current control signals are transmitted to the electromagnetic actuator to generate corresponding electromagnetic force, so that vibration of a cracked rotor system is controlled not to exceed a preset stable operating threshold, and the non-linear cracked rotor is kept to be in a closed state at any time. According to the method, the vibration of the non-linear cracked rotor can be controlled through the electromagnetic actuator, and at the same time, crack expansion of the non-linear rotor can be effectively delayed.
