Embodiment Construction

[0038] refer to figure 1 , the embodiment of the present application provides a ground fault arc extinguishing method based on a controllable voltage source, including:

[0039] Step S1, continuously measuring three-phase voltage, zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage;

[0040] Step S2. According to the zero-sequence current and the zero-sequence voltage, detect whether a single-phase ground fault occurs;

[0041] Judging whether it is grounded from the magnitude of the zero-sequence current; judging whether it is grounded from the magnitude of the zero-sequence voltage;

[0042] Step S3, when a single-phase ground fault is detected, judging the fault phase according to the three-phase voltage;

[0043] Measure the three-phase voltage, and judge the faulty phase according to the phase and amplitude of the three-phase voltage. Specifically, which phase of the line is grounded, which phase voltage will decrease, or the change of the three-phase phase angle. Fault pha...

Abstract

The invention discloses a grounding fault arc extinguishing method and a device based on a controllable voltage source. The method comprises the following steps: continuously measuring three-phase voltage, zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage; When the fault is detected, the fault phase is judged according to the three-phase voltage. The voltage, line-to-ground capacitance, leakage resistance, fault grounding resistance, arc suppression coil inductance, resistance and internal resistance of controllable voltage source in normal operation of fault phase are obtained, and the output voltage of controllable voltage source is calculated. The output voltage of the controllable voltage source is output by SPWM or SVPWM modulation algorithm. By connecting the voltage source, the present application is easier to control and can effectively compensate the fault current and extinguish the arc at the fault point without considering the problem that the inductance parameter of the arc suppression coil and the capacitance of the line to ground are close to the power frequency resonance. The invention calculates the phase and amplitude of the output voltage, realizes the current extinction at the fault point by controlling the amplitude and phase of the controllable voltage source, and ensures the safe and stable operation of the power network and the failure point not to cause fire and other accidents.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the technical field of power transmission and transformation, in particular to a ground fault arc extinguishing method and device based on a controllable voltage source. Background technique [0002] The medium-voltage distribution network generally adopts the low-current grounding method (the neutral point is not grounded or grounded through the arc suppression coil). The operation mode in which the neutral point is grounded through the arc suppression coil is also called resonance grounding. When a single-phase ground fault occurs, the capacitive current at the fault point can be compensated by the inductive current generated by the inductance coil connected between the neutral point and the ground. Extinguish the arc at the fault point. However, the arc suppression coil can only compensate the capacitive current, not the active current. Moreover, in order to avoid linear resonance, the compensation degree of the a...
