Abstract

The invention relates to a process and method for comprehensive utilization of garden wastes. The process and method comprise the following steps of firstly, classifying the garden wastes into two classes, namely branches of which the diameter is above 1.5cm as one class and branches of which the diameter is below 1.5cm, leaves and broken grass and flowers as the other class; then placing the two classes of garden wastes in a special charring kiln and charring, recycling the flue gas produced by charring via a special flue gas recycling device, and then carrying out a grooved-type composting fermentation on charcoal for charcoal-based fertilizers obtained by carbonizing branches of which the diameter is below 1.5cm, leaves and broken grass and flowers, stirring charcoal scraps and wood vinegar, mixing to obtain a vinegar-charcoal mixture, adding the vinegar-charcoal mixture into a fermentation reactor, sieving the fermented powder, continuously fermenting residual coarse particles, sieving to obtain powder and directly bagging to obtain the organic fertilizer. The process and method for comprehensive utilization of garden wastes disclosed by the invention achieve the full resource utilization of increasingly growing garden wastes in major cities and have the advantages of zero emission in production, good economic returns and enormous social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of biomass, in particular to a process method for comprehensive utilization of garden waste. Background technique [0002] Under the background that the current urban greening area continues to grow and garden waste accumulates in large quantities, urban landscaping waste has become a headache for major cities, especially in areas with high temperature and rain all year round, where the growth of flowers, plants and trees is large, and the typhoon landing in the garden makes the amount of waste surge. At present, major cities across the country mainly use landfill and incineration to deal with landscaping waste. The landfill method takes up a lot of land and cannot be recycled as a resource. The incineration method increases a large amount of smoke and carbon emissions, and increases smog. Banned by most cities. Some cities have begun to try to use fermentation and composting methods...
