Abstract

The invention discloses an auxiliary diagnosis device for the degree of abrasion to steel wire ropes. The auxiliary diagnosis device comprises an input gear set, two wobbling gear sets, two transmission wheel trains and a revolution counter. The input gear set comprises two symmetrical input gears. A counter bore is formed in the center of one side of the input gear set. Each wobbling gear set comprises a large wobbling gear and a small wobbling gear which are coaxial. The small wobbling gears are meshed with the input gears. The two ends of a rotating shaft of each wobbling gear set are installed in arc installing holes of a housing of the auxiliary diagnosis device respectively. The rotating directions of the two transmission wheel trains are opposite. Each transmission wheel train comprises a transmission gear and an output ratchet wheel. One transmission gear is meshed with the corresponding large wobbling gear, and meanwhile the other transmission gear is separated from the corresponding large wobbling gear. A counter input gear is connected to the revolution counter and is meshed with the two output ratchet wheels at the same time. A rotating shaft of the counter input gear is perpendicular to a rotating shaft of each output ratchet wheel. By the auxiliary diagnosis device, the diagnosis efficiency of steel wire ropes is improved.
