An automatic measuring device for acquiring vegetation canopy structure parameters is composed of three parts, namely, a low-cost digital imaging subsystem, a data aggregation subsystem and a data receiving and receiving server subsystem. The low-cost digital imaging subsystem is connected in a communication mode with the data aggregation subsystem through a ZigBee wireless network.
