The nano material has the following properties: (1) surface hydrophilicity is provided; (2) surface electronegativity is provided; (3) the nano material with size between 50-250nm and rigidity can not easily pass the holes on tumor blood vessels and can be stuck in the holes; and (4) the material is able to absorb external radiation energy, internally transforms the energy into heat, and accumulates the heat, so that the morphology and structure of the nano material drastically change.
