The method comprises the steps of obtaining the data type of each output parameter in SQL statements to be encapsulated, establishing a user-defined type, and creating a function containing the SQL statements to be encapsulated, wherein the user-defined type comprises one or more variables, and the data type of each variable corresponds to the data type of one output parameter in the SQL statements to be encapsulated; the function further comprises at least an output parameter of which the type is the same as the user-defined type. The method or system is capable of realizing the encapsulation of the SQL statements by use of the function without inputting lots of SQL codes, and also realizing management on the Oracle database.
