The system for real-time monitoring of the landslip based on the UWB comprises multiple micro base stations and multiple position labels, wherein each position label is composed of a communication module, an RF antenna, a UWB pulse generator, a UWB antenna and a power supply module, and each micro base station is composed of an ARM processor, a temperature / humidity sensor, a vibration trigger, an MEMS accelerometer, a communication module, an RF antenna, a UWB pulse receiver, a UWB antenna, a memorizer, an alertor and a power supply module. Each micro base station can measure the temperature / humidity information of the environment and underground instant vibration, and the displacement of the earth surface can be measured accurately by combining the micro base stations and the position labels. A potential landslip existing for a long time can be predicted through the displacement of the earth surface, short-term warning information can be obtained according to the temperature / humidity information of the environment, and real-time warning information can be obtained according to underground instant vibration abnormal signals.
