From the perspective of saving resources, since the main source of plastic products is petroleum resources that are facing depletion, they should be recycled as much as possible. However, because the production cost of recycling at this stage is much higher than the direct production cost, it is difficult to achieve it under the current market economy conditions
[0003] Currently commonly used antibacterial agents such as quaternaryammonium salts and metal ions (such as silver ions) can be prepared together with other organic materials (such as polyethylene) to form antibacterial materials, but such antibacterial materials become waste plastics after use, which aggravates white pollution danger to humans

[0028] The preparation method of antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules: take the required amount of each component in Table 1, and then prepare antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules as follows:
[0029] Starch, polyhexamethylene monoguanidine hydrochlorideaqueous solution with a mass concentration of 36% and glycerol are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain a mixture, and the mixture is kneaded, melted, extruded and granulated to obtain antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules.
[0030] The operating conditions for the preparation of antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules are as follows: the mixture is fed into a twin-screw extruder, and the detailed processing parameters are listed below:

[0038]
[0039] The antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules described in the above Table 2 are the antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules prepared in the first step of Example 1-5.
[0040] The method for the preparation of antibacterial polyester particles: take the required amount of each component in Table 2, then prepare antibacterial polyester particles according to the following method:
[0041] First, mix PBAT and antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules and dry them at a temperature of 70-80°C for 20-24 hours, then mix the dried PBAT, dried antibacterial thermoplastic starch granules and 2,2'-(1,3- Phenyl)-bisoxazolines are mixed, and after mixing, the mixture is kneaded, melted, extruded and granulated to obtain antibacterial polyester particles.

Abstract
The invention discloses a non-migration and degradable antimicrobialpolyester film and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of antibiosis. The method comprises the following steps: mixing and uniformly stirring starch, a high-molecular polymer sterilization disinfectantaqueous solution and glycerine to obtain a mixture; performing kneading, melting, extruding and granulating on the mixture to obtain antimicrobialthermoplasticstarch particles; then, mixing and uniformly stirring PBAT (poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate)),the antimicrobialthermoplasticstarch particles and a coupling agent, and then performing kneading, melting, extruding and granulating to prepare antimicrobial polyester particles; finally, preparing the degradable and non-migration antimicrobial polyester film by the antimicrobial polyester particles by adopting a film blowing process. The non-migration and degradable antimicrobial polyester film prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has a better antimicrobial effect and a good degradation effect; in addition, antimicrobial components in the antimicrobial film have excellent migration resistance.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of antibacterial, in particular to a migration-free and degradable antibacterial polyester film and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] White pollution is environmental pollution in cities all over the world. A large number of discarded plastic products can be seen everywhere in various public places. They come from nature and are manufactured by humans. When they are finally attributed to nature, they are not easily absorbed by nature. Thus affecting the ecological environment of nature. From the perspective of resource conservation, plastic products should be recycled as much as possible since the main source of plastic products is petroleum resources that are facing depletion. However, since the production cost of recycling at this stage is much higher than the direct production cost, it is difficult to do so under the current market economy conditions. [0003] Currently commonly used anti...
