The kit comprises (1) an assay plate coated by CK-MB (creatine kinase-MB) antibodies; (2), an enzyme labeled CK-MB specific antibody adopting horse radish peroxidase labelling; (3), a CK-MB standard solution; (4), a substrate developing solution adopting tetramethyl benzidine; (5), a stop solution adopting a hydrochloric acid buffer solution; (6), a concentration washing solution adopting deionized water; and (7), a concentration reconstitution fluid adopting a phosphate buffer solution containing 0.1%-5% of bovine serum albumin. The kit detecting sample adopts serum and can be preserved for a long time, the detecting process is simple and rapid, and the accuracy of the kit can be higher than 95%.
