Abstract

The steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.045-0.075% of C, less than or equal to 0.05% of Si, 0.45-0.75% of Mn, less than or equal to 0.010% of P, less than or equal to 0.008% of S, 0.015-0.050% of Als and less than or equal to 0.005% of N. The production method comprises the following steps: smelting in a converter; treating in an LF (Ladle Furnace); carrying out continuous casting to obtain a casting billet and heating the casting billet; carrying out hot rolling; rapidly cooling; coiling; finishing and carrying out subsequent steps.
