Abstract

The invention discloses an image de-blurring method and an image de-blurring device. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a blur region for a to-be-treated image so as to determine a blur region image; judging the blur type of the blur region image; if the blur type of the blur region image is defocus blur, determining the defocus radius by using differential image self-correlation-based defocus blur parameter estimation algorithm; if the blur type of the blur region image is motion blur, determining the blur direction and blur size by using cepstrum analysis-based motion blur parameter estimation algorithm; and introducing estimated parameters into classical image recover algorithm to obtain a recovered image. According to the method which firstly determines the region of blur in the image, then estimates necessary parameters when different methods are selected to recover according to the blur types and finally recovers the image, license plate recognition can be accurately identified.
