Embodiment Construction

[0029] figure 1 A simplified schematic schematic diagram of an electromagnetic actuator 2 according to an embodiment of the invention is shown. The electromagnetic actuator 2 comprises a solenoid coil 4 for driving a core 6 , which is coupled to a not shown valve arrangement in order to activate it. On the outside of the housing 8 of the electromagnetic actuator 2 there is a first electrical connector 10 and a second electrical connector 12 at a certain distance. The first and second electrical connections 10 , 12 are separate, ie they are located at different locations, preferably on the outside of the housing 8 . In particular, the first and second electrical connections 10, 12 are separate plugs. For example, the first electrical connector 10 may be a multi-pin bus plug suitable for field bus control or a single interface. In particular, the second electrical connection 12 may be a round plug, for example of type M8 or M12.

Abstract

In an electromagnetic actuator for a solenoid valve, the electromagnetic actuator has a magnetic coil and a first electrical connector adapted to receive a control signal which determines a switching position of the electromagnetic actuator. The electromagnetic actuator further has a second electrical connector which is provided directly on the electromagnetic actuator and is separate with respect to the first electrical connector. The magnetic coil and the first electrical connector are coupled by an electrical connection which is interrupted at the second electrical connector. Further proposed are a valve terminal having at least one solenoid valve, and a module arrangement.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuator for an electromagnetic valve. Furthermore, the invention relates to a valve block comprising at least one solenoid valve with at least one solenoid coil. Furthermore, the invention relates to a module arrangement comprising a plurality of modules arranged next to each other in the row direction. Background technique [0002] Solenoid actuators are used in solenoid valves in several areas of process and manufacturing automation. Often, several solenoid valves are combined in a valve block (Ventilinsel) or in a valve block (Ventilblock), eg for electrical process control. Typically, the valves in a valve bank are controlled via a field bus or via a single connection. If a fault occurs in the valve group control, for example on the field bus, it is technically difficult or even impossible to disconnect the individual valves safely or put them into a reliable operating state in the case of bus-control...
