The density of the first phosphor particles is greater than the density of the packaging layer, the second phosphor particles having relatively higher excitation efficiency are arranged at the top portion of the packaging layer, the first phosphor particles having relatively lower excitation efficiency settle downwards, are arranged at the bottom portion of the packaging layer and are close to the light emitting diode chip, so probability of the first phosphor particles for being excited by the light emitting diode chip is improved, and thereby the light emitting effect of the light emitting diode is made to be better.
