The lifting section has: a motor which generates torque on the basis of a signal transmitted from the control section; a rotation shaft which is installed on the casing and transmits the torque; a receiving section which is installed on the rotation shaft, rotated by the torque transmitted through the rotation shaft and lifts the front side of the casing from the upper surface; and a stopper section which is engaged with a stopper engaging section provided on a plate section of a lavatory basin to prevent the front side of the casing from being lifted from the upper surface and can be released from a state of being engaged with the stopper engaging section when rotated in conjunction with rotation of the rotation shaft. The stopper engaging section is released from the state of being engaged with the stopper engaging section before the receiving section starts to be rotated by the torque.
