The invention provides a data service transmission method and mobile communication equipment. The mobile communication equipment comprises a first modulation-demodulation module, a second modulation-demodulation module, a third modulation-demodulation module and a radio frequency link module. The data service transmission method comprises the following steps: selecting one of the first modulation-demodulation module, the second modulation-demodulation module and the third modulation-demodulation module when a roaming zone is reached, thus executing data service transmission under a third communication network; acquiring the card information of a user identification card in the third communication network from a server by the second modulation-demodulation module by virtue of the radio frequency link; receiving an authentication request aiming at the card information by the selected modulation-demodulation module by virtue of the radio frequency link, and transmitting the authentication request to the second modulation-demodulation module; acquiring the authentication information by the second modulation-demodulation module by virtue of communication between the radio frequency link and the server, and transmitting the authentication information to the selected modulation-demodulation module; and transmitting the authentication information to a third communication network by the selected modulation-demodulation module by utilizing the radio frequency link, and executing the data service transmission under the third communication network.
