The method comprises the steps of enabling the air conditioner to enter a refrigerating mode; detecting indoor temperature, and comparing with the set comfortable temperature; if the indoor temperature is not less than the comfortable temperature, calculating indoor temperature difference; performing room temperature PID operation according to the indoor temperature difference to obtain first target frequency; controlling a compressor according to the first target frequency; if the indoor temperature is less than the comfortable temperature, detecting the temperature of coiled tubes of an evaporator of the air conditioner; calculating the temperature difference between the temperature of the coiled tubes and the set target temperature of the coiled tubes so as to obtain the temperature difference of the coiled tubes; performing PID operation for the coiled tube temperature according to the temperature difference of the coiled tubes to obtain second target frequency; controlling the compressor according to the relatively value of the first target frequency and the second target frequency; detecting human body temperature during refrigerating; raising the indoor target temperature in case of abnormal human body temperature. With the adoption of the method, the problem that cold air is blown by the existing variable frequency air conditioner and leads to uncomfortable refrigerating can be solved; the control can be flexibly performed according to the human body temperature.
