Abstract

The transmitter comprises a uncorrelated sequence generator, a first spread spectrum unit, a second spread spectrum unit and a mapping unit, wherein the uncorrelated sequence generator is used for generating uncorrelated sequences used by a demodulation reference signal of a first resource block, spread spectrum is conducted on mapped elements of the first resource block and a first frequency resource in the uncorrelated sequences used by the demodulation reference signal by using a first set of orthogonal masks, the spread spectrum is conducted on the mapped elements of the first resource block and a second frequency resource in the uncorrelated sequences used by the demodulation reference signal by using a second set of orthogonal masks, the second frequency resource and the first frequency resource are adjacent frequency resources of the first resource block and are used for demodulating frequency resource elements sent by a reference signal, a second group code serves as a row mirror image of a first group code, and the second group code serves as a row mirror image of the first group code; the mapping unit is used for mapping the spread-spectrum-conducted elements to the first frequency resource and the second frequency resource.
