The whitening patch-removing cream comprises the components in part by weight: 10 to 25 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 10 to 25 parts of radix angelicae, 10 to 25 parts of leonurus, 8 to 15 parts of poria cocos, 8-15 parts of radix angelicae, 15 to 30 parts of Chinese yam, 15 to 30 parts of aloe, 1 to 5 parts of olive oil, 1 to 5 parts of triglyceride / tricaprylin, 0.1 to 0.5 parts of aqueous-phase allantoin, 0.1 to 1 part of beta glycyrrhetinic acid, 1 to 5 parts of vaseline and 100 parts of deionized water with the total amount of 100; a cream extract is obtained by weighting dry powder of each material according to the corresponding part by weight, arranging in a constant temperature reflux device, adding ethyl alcohol of corresponding volume, with the volume fraction of 50 percent according to a mass-volume ratio of (1:10) to (1:30) , putting under room temperature and soaking for 24h, then performing constant temperature reflux extraction at 60 to 65 DEG C for 3h, cooling, then decompressing-filtering, adding a proper amount of ethyl alcohol in filter residues, continuously performing refluxing for 3h, filtering, then combining filtrates, and performing evaporation and concentration under constant temperature and reduced pressure.
