Benefits of technology

This technology allows quicker allocation of resources on an air interface (Air Interface) between different devices such as mobile phones or tablets without having any problems with transmitting requests from other users' machines that are also being used by these devices.

Problems solved by technology

This patented describes two technical problem addressed in the patents relating to improving mobile phone networks' ability to efficiently handle large amounts of traffic without overloading their servers and reducing delays caused by slowdown requests sent during peak hours.

Embodiment 1

[0059] An embodiment of the present invention provides a fast wireless resource scheduling method in an LTE230 system, see figure 2 , the method includes:

[0060] S0: The access device judges whether the current service is a service that requires the UE to return response data, and if so, execute S1;

[0061] S1: The access device pages the specified UE, and issues a downlink authorization;

[0062] S2: After receiving the ACK ((Acknowledgment, confirmation character) fed back by the UE, the access device sends data;

[0063] S3: When the sending data buffer is empty, the access device sends a first preset number of EndingBSRs;

[0064] S4: The access device judges whether the SR sent by the UE has been received during the uplink process of the access device, and if so, sends a shutdown authorization, otherwise, executes S5;

[0065] S5: The access device sends an EndingBSR to determine whether the SR from the UE has been received during the uplink process of the access d...

Embodiment 2

[0080] An embodiment of the present invention provides an access device in an LTE230 system, see image 3 , the access device includes:

[0081] The first judging unit 201 is configured to judge whether the current service is a service requiring the UE to return response data, and if so, notify the authorization unit 202;

[0082] An authorization unit 202, configured to page a designated UE and issue a downlink authorization;

[0083] The data sending unit 203 is configured to send data after receiving the ACK fed back by the UE;

[0084] The first EndingBSR sending unit 204 is configured to send a first preset number of EndingBSRs and notify the second judging unit 205 when the sending data buffer is empty;

[0085] The second judging unit 205 is configured to judge whether the SR sent by the UE has been received in the uplink process of the access device, and if so, notify the shutdown authorization unit 206, otherwise, notify the second EndingBSR sending unit 208;

Embodiment 3

[0094] An embodiment of the present invention provides a wireless resource fast scheduling system for an access device in Embodiment 2 in an LTE230 system, and the system includes:

[0095] Access equipment, master station, packet data gateway PDN-GW, core network service gateway;

[0096] The master station is used to send the control command of the current service through the designated IP port;

[0097] The PDN-GW is configured to filter the IP port to obtain filtered data, and transmit the filtered data using a specified QCI;

[0098] The core network service gateway is configured to send the filtered data to the access device and notify the first judging unit;

[0099] The first judging unit is further configured to judge whether the current service is a service that requires the UE to return response data according to the QCI information carried in the filtered data.

[0100] The information interaction and execution process among the various units and subunits in the ...

Abstract

The invention provides a wireless resource rapid scheduling method and system and access equipment in a LTE230 system; the method comprises the following steps: S0, the access equipment determines whether a present business needs UE response data return business or not, if yes, S1 is executed; S1, calling assigned UE, and issuing a downlink authorization; S2, receiving ACK returned by the UE, and sending data; S3, sending EndingBSRs of a first preset value when sending data cache is empty; S4, determining whether the access equipment in an uplink process receives a SR sent by the UE or not, if yes, issuing a close authorization, if no, executing S5; S5, sending one EndingBSR, determining whether the access equipment in the uplink process receives the SR sent by the UE or not, if yes, issuing the close authorization, if no, executing S6; S6, determining whether the number of sent EndingBSRs is bigger than a second preset value or not, if yes, issuing the close authorization, if no, executing S5. The method, system and access equipment can reduce time delay of the UE returning response data.
