Example Embodiment

[0019] Taking the repairing of concrete square piles 2 of inland river wharf as an example, the system of repairing concrete cracks by electrodeposition that provides electrolyte is explained. The concrete square pile is inserted below the water surface and stands on the mud surface.

[0020] Reference figure 1 , 2, respectively give the front view and side view of repairing the cracks of the concrete square pile. The section size of the concrete square pile is 500mm×500mm, and there are cracks 1 and holes on the surface of the structure.

[0021] The electrodeposition repairing concrete crack system of the present invention is set: the cathode is the steel bar in the concrete member to be repaired. Lead a cable from the steel bar in the concrete member to be repaired as the cathode lead 5, and seal the cathode lead wire with insulating materials such as mortar or epoxy resin.

[0022] A magnesium or zinc anode is used as the anode 3, the anode lead 4 extends to the anode 7, and th...

Abstract

The invention discloses a concrete crack electrolytic deposition repair system capable of realizing self-supply of electrolyte. The concrete crack electrolyte deposition repair system comprises a direct-current power supply, an anode made from metallic magnesium or zinc and a cathode, wherein reinforcing steel bars in a to-be-repaired concrete member serve as the cathode; the anode and the cathode are connected with the direct-current power supply through an anode lead and a cathode lead respectively; the current density calculated based on the steel area is 0.5-5 A/m2, and the power-on time lasts for 6-10 weeks; zinc ions or magnesium ions are ionized from the anode in the power-on process; hydroxyl is ionized from positions around the reinforcing steel bars serving as the cathode in the power-on process; the zinc ions or magnesium ions are combined with hydroxyl in cracks around, so that deposit sediment is generated to repair concrete cracks. The system is adopted for repair of the concrete cracks, no electrolyte needs to be added, the repair effect is good, and the system is applicable to repair of cracks of concrete members in different environments and especially applicable to repair of cracks of underwater concrete members in a fresh water environment or an onshore environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The patent of the invention belongs to the field of repairing concrete structures, and specifically relates to a repairing system for cracks in concrete components in fresh water environment, brackish water environment and concrete components in the water area. technical background [0002] Cracks in concrete structures have adverse effects on the durability and safety of structures, and crack repair is an important part of the maintenance of old concrete structures. The main methods of repairing cracks today are grouting and polymer mortar repairing methods. However, these methods have certain limitations. Because the existing grouting equipment cannot provide enough pressure, the grout cannot be fully filled to the root of the crack, and the grouting cannot be full and dense, so the effect is not very ideal. The on-site construction of the polymer mortar repair method is more troublesome. It is necessary to groove the crack position and fill the mor...
