Example Embodiment

[0015] Example 1: A method for repairing porcelain, including the following steps: 1) Use a cotton swab to absorb the cleaning solvent, wipe the joint surface of the damaged surface of the porcelain with a cotton swab that has absorbed the cleaning solvent, and then replace the cotton swab after 10 minutes Carry out a second cleaning until the impurities are completely washed out and then air dry, until there are no solvent residues on the joint surfaces of the debris; note that several joint surfaces of each damaged surface must be cleaned and wiped with a cleaning solvent. The preferred cleaning solvent can be acetone, hydrogen peroxide or "84 disinfectant". 2) Mix gypsum and fresh egg whites together to form a paste, where gypsum: fresh egg white = 30:60, as a joint adhesive for spare; 3) apply the joint adhesive in step 2) to the damaged surface After aligning the joint surface, press it evenly and forcefully to avoid shape dislocation when closing. Use wood chips to wipe c...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of porcelain and particularly relates to a porcelain repairing method. The porcelain repairing method comprises the following steps: 1) absorbing a cleaning solventby a cotton strip; 2) mixing and stirring gypsum and fresh egg white into paste to serve as a seam adhesive for future use; 3) coating a joint face of a broken face with the seam adhesive in the step2); 4) mixing porcelain powder, gymsum powder, feldspar powder and an epoxy resin system to serve as an adhesive for a notch for future use; 5) scraping the adhesive for the notch by an ox horn scraping knife for the notch to repair the notch; 6) grinding and smoothing the residual hard part after the adhesive for the notch in the step 5) is solidified; and 7) mixing nitrolacquer and ethyl acetateuniformly according to the ratio of the nitrolacquer to the ethyl acetate of 10:(30-45) to serve as repairing glaze, coating the notch repaired in the step 6) with the repairing glaze. Compared withthe method for repairing by directly using glue, the porcelain repairing method has the following steps: the cost is low; the repair effect is good; the strength can meet the use requirements of the common porcelain; and the steps are simple and reasonable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of porcelain, and in particular relates to a method for repairing porcelain. Background technique [0002] After the existing porcelain is damaged, glue is often used for simple pasting. If the glue adheres to the porcelain after it is pasted and cured, it is often difficult to repair it without damaging the porcelain. There is a lack of an overall repair plan, and if the paste cannot be completed at one time, it will often cause secondary damage to the porcelain in the later repair process. Contents of the invention [0003] Based on the defects of the prior art, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for repairing porcelain. [0004] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions: a method for repairing porcelain, comprising the steps of: [0005] 1) Use a cotton sliver to absorb the cleaning solvent, wipe the joint surface of the damaged...
