The method comprises the steps of receiving a request which is transmitted by a user for the playlist; aiming at a random media item in the requested playlist, screening historical data according to the current position information of the user, wherein the historical data comprises a list position factor of a behavior and a user position factor; calculating the weight of each behavior based on the screened historical data and the weight of the behavior type; summing the weights of all behaviors for obtaining the weight of the user for aiming at a random media item; sequencing the playlist based on the weight of the user for aiming at each media item in the playlist, and feeding the sequenced playlist back to the user; and receiving a behavior which is performed by the user to the playlist, the position information when the user performs the behavior, and the sequence information of the media item which corresponds with the behavior in the playlist. The method and the device can adjust the playing sequence of the playlist which is transmitted to each other in real time according to various behavior feedbacks of the user.
