Abstract

A problem in the prior art is solved that a light emitting diode of current encapsulation structure will filter blue light except for high-energy shot-wave blue light which is harmful to human health, so color range of the light source of the light emitting diode is reduced and display effects are affected. The encapsulation structure comprises a substrate base plate, a blue light emitting diode device formed on the substrate base plate, a protective layer covering the blue light emitting diode device and an encapsulation cover plate which is arranged on a light filtering layer on the protective layer and covers the light filtering layer. The light filtering layer comprises a carrier formed by transparent resin and semiconductor particles which are doped in fluorescence particles used for light excitation in the carrier and are used for filtering the high-energy shot-wave blue light. The fluorescence particles are fluorescence particles coated or modified by silicon dioxide. The semiconductor particles are semiconductor nano-particles coated or modified by silicon dioxide.
